We’re looking for a confident and enthusiastic Deputy Nursery Manager to join Adventure Hyndburn.

You’ll support the Nursery Manager in leading a warm, nurturing and high-quality early years setting where children aged 0–5 can learn, grow and thrive.

What you’ll be doing

•         Supporting the day-to-day running of the nursery

•         Working directly with children in practice

•         Helping lead and support a great team

•         Supporting safeguarding and quality standards

•         Working with families and professionals

•         Helping improve and develop practice across the setting

What we’re looking for

•         Full and relevant level 3 Early Years qualification

•         Experience working in early years

•         Some leadership or supervisory experience

•         A positive, supportive and flexible approach

•         Good understanding of EYFS and safeguarding
